Virginia A. Nairooz joined TKF after working in-house at one of the largest energy infrastructure firms in the country, at which she negotiated terms and conditions for bids, contracts, purchase orders, and RFPs, and reviewed and analyzed oil and gas contracts, as well as insurance policies. She has also managed her own law firm, and is experienced in wills and trusts. Before becoming a practicing attorney, Virginia worked as a legal assistant, a paralegal, and a law office manager. Virginia is a graduate of the New England School of Law in Boston, and has her B.A. in Sociology and Criminal Justice from Rutgers.
